PROGRAM GOALS

  • The goal of this program is to acquire additional professional knowledge in the management of the modern camping resort. The program is offered to all persons with completed secondary education, who have no ambition to pursue formal higher education, but would like to have a specialized vocational qualification. The program is intended for all candidates wishing to expand and improve their existing camping knowledge or strengthen their own entrepreneurial activities. This program is specially recommended to everyone who wants to start their own camping tourism projects.

  • Apply the theoretical and practical management principles to camping resort of this organization, using the system knowledge of tourism camping on a national and international level.
  • Financially monitor the activities of camping sites and other parts, properly interpret accounting statements and make business decisions. Determine the success of a camping resort's business through the selection of key business results.
  • Apply the basics of marketing in camps including online, offline, PR, CRM, and cross marketing.
  • Explain the system of camping organizations, automobile organizations, and cards in camping tourism.
  • Communicate properly with guests, employees, superiors, and business partners
  • Examine the level of guest expectations and satisfaction
  • Identify core activities of human resources in camps
  • Create a camping experience, apply the basics of animation, identify the importance of destination and camp interaction
  • Explain the basics of selling camping services with a special emphasis on online sales and the particularity of selling accommodation in the camps (glamping and mobile homes)
  • Review contemporary trends and quality standards in camping tourism and form a quality service for the guest's full satisfaction.
  • Summarize the basics of camping resort operations, be able to define the working processes, rights and obligations of all participants in the lower and middle management of the household department.
  • Apply working conditions in a safe and fair way, know the basics of security, techniques, horticulture, and maintenance in camps, with a special emphasis on applying regulations from the security domain of people, devices, and buildings.
  • Apply the fundamentals of investment management in camping tourism.
  • Identify the efficiency of using new IT technologies in camps.
  • Apply the basic principles of the master camp plan.
